We vacationed at the NJ shore our entire lives and were thrilled when the opportunity came to purchase our condo.  We have created wonderful memories and would love to assist you in making your dreams of owning at the shore a reality.

Him-  I’m proud to serve as a law enforcement officer for 25+ years.  The above picture was taken on 9/10/01.  This was the last day of our annual family vacation.  The next day on my way to work as a Metropolitan DC Police Officer, sadly the tragic events of 9/11 unfolded.  This changed the course of my law enforcement career, I’ve been proudly serving as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Department of Homeland Security.  As I approach retirement, I’m enjoying working with Maria to help others achieve their real estate goals.  Ironically, our condo is at the 1900 Building and I’m currently the HOA president.

Her-  I’ve been happy to serve the GREAT NE & surrounding suburbs with their real estate needs for 18+ years.  I LOVE the NE and the Wildwoods are the unofficial 2nd home to the NE.  I am thrilled to “officially” work with Bill!  We enjoy working together and meeting new clients that turn into friends.  Begin as a client, become a friend!

This photo was taken in the 90s at the El Capitan formerly at 2300 Surf Ave.  I’m happy to say I’m still in touch with these “RAGDOLLS.”  We are… AR!
